You, The Buyer, are responsible for any additional shipping insurance fees above the $100 your package is already insured for.
Issues With Order:
If you have an issue with your order, please do the following:

2.) Include your Invoice/Order Number (whichever is applicable) in the Subject Line of your email.
3.) Give a detailed description as to what is wrong with your order.
4.) Provide photos of all damaged items.
5.) Keep all original packaging in case a claim needs to be filed with the shipping company.
