When one (the Client) books a service offered through Psychic Medium Debra Lee, or by communicating with Psychic Medium Debra Lee in any manner, you commit to read, understand, and willingly agree to her following terms of service:

Many areas of the psychic realms including mediumship are often considered experimental therefore nothing can be guaranteed as free will will always take precedence. All and any advice, conversation or information that you receive from this website, or Psychic Medium Debra Lee, is strictly open to your own personal interpretation. Others may or may not agree. Psychic Medium Debra Lee does not guarantee the accuracy of her insights/predictions/sessions, and is in no way responsible or liable for the actions you take as a result of the session. The Client is 100% responsible for their own choices/actions taken based on having any type of reading with Psychic Medium Debra Lee. This includes, but is not limited to spiritual home cleansing, tarot card, oracle card, and/or psychic, or medium reading sessions.
A reading or spiritual home cleansing with Psychic Medium Debra Lee is in no way meant to replace sound medical or legal advice, and does not provide prophecy, or guaranteed accuracy on future predictions. Any and all information shared during session is not intended to replace any type of therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment or cure for anything you may be seeking a remedy for. It is your 100% responsibility to make common sense choices and always consult licensed professionals such as a Lawyer, Doctor, Psychologist, Licensed Therapist, Financial Advisor for any Medical, Legal, or Financial advice.
You Agree to the Following:
1. You are 18 years of age or older, and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. 100% accuracy is simply not realistic therefore not guaranteed. Please refer to Psychic Medium Debra Lee’s Client’s testimonials for feedback.
3. Due to the differing opinions on psychic medium ability, any and all information, communications and/or readings with Psychic Medium Debra Lee are to be considered for educational, spiritual, inspirational and ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
4. No reading or spiritual cleansing with Psychic Medium Debra Lee is intended to, nor would it ever take the place of, the services of a medical, legal, financial, business and/or mental health professional.
5. Neither Psychic Medium Debra Lee, nor AngelicNotes.com accept any liability and/or responsibility for any action(s) and/or decision(s) any client may choose to take or make stemming from their reading or spiritual home cleansing with Psychic Medium Debra Lee and/or via AngelicNotes.com.
6. You will indemnify and hold harmless Psychic Medium Debra Lee, AngelicNotes.com, their heirs, relatives, successors, agents, employees, and assignees in perpetuity against any and all claims and actions arising out of your reading or spiritual home cleansing with Debra Lee and/or via AngelicNotes.com, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from said reading.
7. Readings, spiritual home cleansings, and mentorship classes are for personal use only. You shall not publish, display, share, distribute and/or publicly archive any material, photo, content, etc. offered to you during your reading or Mentorship Class without express written permission from Psychic Medium Debra Lee, or an agent of AngelicNotes.com
8. You may share public content found within AngelicNotes.com on appropriate social media outlets (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) as long as appropriate attribution is given. For permission to use said content on other venues, please contact Psychic Medium Debra Lee at Info.AngelicNotesOfficial@gmail.com.
9. Portions of your (the Client) session, spiritual home cleansing, mentorship class, reviews, or feedback sent to Psychic Medium Debra Lee, via AngelicNotes.com, or to any of Angelic Notes’ social media accounts, may be used without limitation by Psychic Medium Debra Lee on AngelicNotes.com, Angelic Notes' social media accounts, or by agents of AngelicNotes.com.
If you wish to keep your information private, and/or wish to have your reviews, feedback, name, etc. removed from other online outlets where it was not originally posted, please email Angelic Notes directly at: Info.AngelicNotesOfficial@gmail.com.
10. Please note: instances of hate mail, harassment, fraud, or interference including those misdirected (religious) individuals whose intent is to interfere with Psychic Medium Debra Lee’s business operations will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.
11. For Mentorship Classes, these are given for personal use of the Client only. Exercises done are at the Client’s own risk. The Client does not hold Psychic Medium Debra Lee, Angelic Notes.com, or any agents of AngelicNotes.com responsible for the outcome of these exercises.
12. All payments are due PRIOR TO scheduling any services with Psychic Medium Debra Lee.
Appointment, Payment and Cancellation Policy
1a. Rates for services are subject to change without notice.
2a. Appointment
All readings, home cleansings, and mentorship classes are scheduled online with a minimum of a 24 hour notice of date/time reading or class is scheduled for.
3a. 2025 Tarot Forecast, Medium, Psychic, Past Life, Chakra Scan Readings
All 2025 Tarot Forecast, Medium, Psychic, Past Life, Chakra Scan readings will take place online via Zoom. The Client can visit Zoom's website at https://www.Zoom.us to learn how to download the free application. (Neither Debra Lee, AngelicNotes.com, nor anyone affiliated with Angelic Notes are compensated for the use of Zoom, nor are Psychic Medium Debra Lee, Angelic Notes, or anyone affiliated with Angelic Notes held responsible for the Client’s decision to download Zoom to their personal devices. The Client takes full responsibility for the action and decision of downloading Zoom their personal devices.)
All readings are recorded and emailed to you via a Google Drive link. All client information is kept secure and confidential.
Please provide your correct email upon purchase so your reading is emailed directly to you.
Please be on time for your readings! If you are more than 10 minutes late to your reading, your appointment will be cancelled. No refund will be given, and you will not be able to reschedule another reading with Psychic Medium Debra Lee.

4a. Spiritual Home Cleansing
a. Client Responsibilities
-Required:
30-minute, spiritual home cleansing consultation with Psychic Medium Debra Lee. Client MUST be present in their home during the free consultation. This is needed in order to assess whether or not Psychic Medium Debra Lee can actually assist you. It is absolutely free of charge to the Client.
-Virtual/Physical Access to Property:
You agree to provide access to your home or property for the cleansing session either virtually, or physically. This includes any areas you would like cleansed or cleared. If access is not provided, Psychic Medium Debra Lee may be unable to complete the service.
Spiritual home cleanses are NOT recorded.
-Cooperation:
Psychic Medium Debra Lee asks that you remain present during the cleansing process. Your participation or openness during the process is appreciated to achieve the most effective results.
-Health and Safety:
Our spiritual home cleansing services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other professional advice. If you are experiencing physical or mental health issues, we recommend you consult a qualified healthcare provider.
b. Limitations of Service
-No Guarantees:
While Psychic Medium Debra Lee aims to provide a positive and transformative experience, she makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, such as the elimination of negative energy or the improvement of your home environment.
-Spiritual Nature:
The services provided are spiritual and holistic in nature and are not associated with any specific religious belief. Psychic Medium Debra Lee does not claim to alter the physical or structural aspects of your home.
-Energy Shifts:
Each individual’s experience with spiritual work may differ. Some may feel immediate shifts, while others may not feel any noticeable change.
c. Liability and Disclaimers
-Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angelic Notes, Psychic Medium Debra Lee, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services provided.
-Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angelic Notes and Psychic Medium Debra Lee are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of her services, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage.
-No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice:
The spiritual home cleansing services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment, or legal, or financial advise. You are responsible for seeking the appropriate professional help when needed.
5a. Chakra Scans
Chakra Scans ARE NOT medical advice. They are not meant to treat, cure, or diagnose. For entertainment purposes only.
6a. Spiritual Growth Mentorship Classes
The Client is responsible for showing up to each class, ready to learn. Taking notes is always encouraged. No refunds available at all - not even for days the Client has missed. In extenuating circumstances, if Psychic Medium Debra Lee if unable to attend a class, you will be refunded for the day(s) she missed/misses.
All recorded classes are to be viewed by the Client only. They cannot be posted or shared on any social media platform, the World Wide Web, exchanged via text messages, email, private inbox, and so forth.
7a. Appointment Confirmation
Clients will receive a confirmation message via Facebook Messenger (from Angelic Notes’ Facebook business page, or personal page), or email, upon receipt of payment for 2025 Tarot Forecast Readings, Medium Readings, Psychic Readings, Past Life Readings, Chakra Scans, Spiritual Home Cleansing, and Mentorship Classes. Clients will also be sent a reminder message via Facebook Messenger, or email, in advance of their reading appointment. Please plan your day accordingly and pay attention to time zones.
Psychic Medium Debra Lee is located in Florida- Eastern Standard Time (EST).
8a. Payment
Payment is due prior to scheduling any type of service with Psychic Medium Debra Lee. Accepted payment methods vary, and will be discussed with the Client upon agreeing to a session date via email.
For spiritual home cleansing, payment is not due until Psychic Medium Debra Lee has confirmed that she can indeed assist you.
Payment methods include, but are not limited to: CashApp, Facebook Pay, PayPal, or PayPal.me/AngelicNotes (depending on which payment method is stated by Angelic Notes). DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL PSYCHIC MEDIUM DEBRA LEE HAS GIVEN YOU THE OKAY TO DO SO. Should your money not be received by Psychic Medium Debra Lee/Angelic Notes due to you searching for the business/company name/Psychic Medium Debra Lee on any type of payment platform, there are NO REFUNDS.
The Client agrees to wait for Psychic Medium Debra Lee to give proper instruction on which payment method to use.
9a. Rescheduling
An appointment for a reading may be rescheduled without charge with a minimum 24 hours notice. Only ONE rescheduled appointment is allowed. You will not be able to schedule any other appointments with Psychic Medium Debra Lee should you need to reschedule a reading more than once.

10a. Cancellations
The Client has 24 from their scheduled appointment to cancel.
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice means you forfeit your appointment and your payment.

11a. No Show
Should the Client fail to show up for their scheduled appointment, Psychic Medium Debra Lee reserves the right to refuse a refund and/or rescheduling.
Client is responsible for understanding their appointment date, time, and type of appointment being requested.
12a. Refunds
NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER.
13a. False Representation
Any misrepresentation made by the Client during a request to be of service (e.g. providing a fake or inauthentic photo taking off wedding bands) may, at the sole discretion of Psychic Medium Debra Lee, be treated as a cancellation of that service, loss of payment, and banishment from her website, AngelicNotes.com. This includes asking questions one already knows the answer to. Healthy questions are encouraged to make the most of your time and not waste it on pointless cynicism. It's okay to expect to be skeptical, the difference is one's open mind.
14a. Poor Conduct
While Debra Lee’s intention is to be supportive, she encourages her Clients to take personal responsibility. Thus, aggressive, threatening, confrontational, or other unduly disruptive behavior during a service will, at the sole discretion of Debra Lee, result in the immediate termination of that service without refund.
15a. Death Questions
You are not allowed to ask questions about when/how/why you, or anyone you know, will die. We have free will, which change our destiny at any given moment.
16a. Unforeseen Circumstance Last-Minute Cancellation by Psychic Medium Debra Lee
If unforeseen circumstances ever require Psychic Medium Debra Lee to cancel any type of appointment with short notice, your appointment will be rescheduled by Psychic Medium Debra Lee at no charge to the Client.

Issues With Order:
If you have an issue with your order, please do the following:

2.) Include your Invoice/Order Number (whichever is applicable) in the Subject Line of your email.
3.) Give a detailed description as to what is wrong with your order.
4.) Provide photos of all damaged items.
5.) Keep all original packaging in case a claim needs to be filed with the shipping company.
